Energy demand and the movement of fuel, goods and people are reshaping the Americas. Both depend on assets that are built once and held for decades, and both reward owners who understand the ground they stand on.
Refining, liquefaction, production, transport and power: the assets that produce, move and monetise energy across the hemisphere. We back operating assets and buildable projects with contracted offtake.
Industrial, logistics and land in corridors shaped by nearshoring, tourism and population growth. We favour supply-constrained submarkets and a cost basis we can defend through a cycle.

We connect assets to the traders, offtakers and commodity players who set world prices, so a barrel, a cargo or a megawatt has a buyer and a route to market from day one.
Control or meaningful minority stakes with governance rights, so we can act when conditions change.
We hold for cash flow and sell when an asset is worth more to someone else, not because a clock ran out.
